ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE?
We’re old fashioned in that we believe that what is on the label, should be in the package. Our products have all been tested independently by Australian labs to ensure that you know what is in the package you’re buying matches the nutritional panel. DELIVERY

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I MAKE AN ORDER?

You’ll receive an initial confirmation email when your order has been submitted. Once your payment clears and dispatch information is available, we’ll email you an order tracking number. We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries.

WHEN WILL MY SUPPLEMENTS ARRIVE?

Most customers receive their bodybuilding supplements in 1-2 business days.

As long as:

    • You order before 2pm (AEST) Monday – Friday
    • You use a payment method with instant clearance, like Afterpay, zipPay, Paypal, Stripe, or credit card
    • Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
    • You are not in a remote location

Please note parcels going via Australia Post (NT, PO Box, Defence Addresses) and bulky parcels going to WA may take longer than 1-3 business days.

If your order weighs more than 5kg or is bulky: Heavy or bulky orders are sent by road. You can use your order tracking number to get an estimate of delivery times to your address by road freight.

If you have used an alternate payment method: Direct deposit payments may take some time to clear. To speed up processing if you pay by direct deposit, email us the remittance to [email protected] and we can ship your supplements sooner.

To get your bodybuilding supplements in time for your next gym session, use Stripe, Afterpay, zipPay or Paypal. By entering custom delivery instruction on checkout you are taking all responsibility for loss or damage of your order. Gym Bandit will not be liable for any loss that may occur.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery anywhere in Australia, for any size order, is a flat rate of $9.95.
Or if your order totals over $150, then you qualify for Free Express Delivery! #YASSS

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY COMES WHILE I'M NOT HOME?

Our couriers do not require a signature to leave a parcel. But we recommended that you provide your work address for delivery if you won’t be home during business hours just to be safe.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will ship your order with Australia Post. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as we can. You can track your order via auspost.com.au/track
Where are my bodybuilding supplements right now?
You can easily track your order status with the tracking number and courier details provided in your dispatch email.

DO YOU OFFER POSTAGE INSURANCE?

Postage insurance offered by Gym Bandit covers you for lost or damaged items in transit.
If you item is lost or damaged in transit to your listed shipping address we will replace and resend your order as soon as possible. We will require confirmation from the shipping company in question of the status of the order before a replacement will be sent. This is to confirm that your order is not just delayed.
What postage insurance covers:

  • Lost In Transit:
    If you order has not arrived on time and has been confirmed lost by our shipping company then we will replace your order and resend it.
  • Damaged:
    If your order arrives damaged, either by the shipping company or anything related to transit. All we will require is a picture of the damaged item in question and we will replace and resend your order.
  • Limits Of Insurance:
    Only 1 claim per shipping address or customer per year. We reserve the right to cancel or deny your insurance claim at anytime if we feel there was negligence on your (the customer) part, or we believe the claim may be fraudulent.

How to Lodge an Insurance Claim:
All you need to do is email [email protected] and report the lost or damaged item to our customers service representives. We will then investigate the claim and be in-contact with you within 24 hours with a resolution.

WHY WAS I CHARGED $2.95 OR $12.95 FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping insurance is an optional charge on checkout. If your order is over $150 it is a charge of $2.95. If your order is under $150, it is $2.95 on top of our normal $9.95 shipping charge.
This is optional add-on. If you have selected this by mistake, we are happy to refund the cost. Just contact our customer service department via [email protected] and request a refund of your shipping insurance.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this point in time we are unable to ship outside of Australia. This is something we are working on to be able to do in the future and will update all our customers via our Fit Fam newsletter as soon as this changes.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED ON TIME?

If your has not been delivered in the expected time please email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

MY ORDER ARRIVED BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM
