Returns and Refunds Policy

Return policy for Gym Bandit purchases

This Policy operates in addition to your consumer rights under Australian law. It is not intended to exclude or otherwise interfere with those rights.

Faulty Items:

If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or completely different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.

Change of Mind Purchases:

I always hope you love all Gym Bandit products. But should you be less than happy with your Gym Bandit purchase, and the item isn’t opened, then you are welcome to return it provided it is in saleable condition. 

The returned items must not be customised/personalised items, clearance or gift cards.

If a piece is returned between 15-30 days a refund will not be issued but you can receive a Gym Bandit gift card for the purchase price of the product. Past 30 days an item cannot be returned for refund, exchange or gift card.

All items will be returned to the original forms of payment less shipping charges. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the product cost. If, for some reason, we are unable to return the funds to your original payment form, an exchange or store credit will be issued.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Bundles, sets and kits: you must return all components of a bundle, set or kit in order to receive a refund for any portion of the purchase price.

Website Error:

Sometimes, technology is not our friend. It happens to the best of us. Where the website has processed a payment incorrectly, Gym Bandit reserves the right to cancel and refund the affected order/s. You are of course welcome to reorder once the issue has been rectified.

Returning a Purchase

Whatever the reason you want to return your purchase, please get in touch with us prior to shipping any return. Gym Bandit does not provide pre-paid return labels unless the item was damaged or faulty.

When shipping a return, we highly recommend adding tracking information for your personal records.

Once sent, please email [email protected] to provide your tracking information.

Once received, we’ll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in 1-5 days following this email depending on the payment method used to place your order.
